St Margaret’s Primary have been at Trewern this week, and have just left us amid flurries of snow. What an exciting way to finish the week. This our last group of the calendar year, and it’s always nice to celebrate the end of the term, with an early Christmas dinner, followed by carol singing, which this year was at the nearby Cartref Residential Home. The residents really appreciated the entertainment and the chance to have a chat -lovely! Before that, the children had been hard at it, either caving, mountain walking, BMXing, climbing or tackling our assault course, and making the most of being out and away from school. We worked hard at teamwork, especially cooperation and mutual support, and there were some great stories of helping each other and coming through the week’s challenges together. Well done everyone, enjoy the Christmas break! Nadolig Llawen.
