Norlington School brought a group of 42 Year 8 and 9 boys to Trewern this week, and what a way to start the new school year! The sun shone on us and we’ve had a super busy week. The boys showed an excellent attitude towards every aspect of centre life, throwing themselves into any challenge we gave them. They also managed to pack in an amazing amount for the length of their course. The first day saw all four groups tackling the Sugarloaf mountain in great weather, followed by a swim and fish and chips. Over the next two days each group had a chance to try gorge walking as well as canoeing and kayaking, some building on skills learnt last year. A barbecue and campfire on the last evening finished the week off in fine style. Well done boys for making so much of your time here!
