It’s not so long since their last visit, but Godwin Primary have been back with us this week with their Year Sixes. Our focus for the week was trying something new, working with others and building up independence, and we made great strides forward, developing great new friendships, getting better at listening, and being more resilient and self-reliant. A good week was had by all and we were sad to see them go. They had even more activities than before, and as well as caving, gorge walking (plus tunnel adventure), canoeing, climbing, BMX, archery, bushcraft and muddy puddle, we squeezed in orienteering, problem solving and the ropes course -phew! Let’s just say 34 very tired children went home: probably a very quiet coach journey. Well done one and all for a very positive and enjoyable week.
